A pawnshop clerk must be prepared to deal with a wide variety of personality types. A pawn clerk must be able to efficiently communicate with customers and explain product values. The pawnbroker business can sometimes be contentious, you must have a thick skin so to speak. A pawn clerk must be fair, calm and able to rationally deal with customers.
