If you have been found abusive to the Satisfaction Guarantee and/or Warranty:

• All future purchases will be sold to you AS-IS Where Is.
  • Without warranty what so ever.

Independent pawn has developed these programs to ensure that it's customers get the value they deserve. Warranting used items is tricky at best, every item has an expiration date and no one knows when that is. If we have someone abusing these programs it only costs everyone in the end.
